This was the 164th lantern to enter the collection. It was found online, where it was sold with another Parkpack. I only decided to purchase one. It was presumably purchased for a lighting scheme over a decade ago, where it was never used, and had remained in storage since. It even arrived in it's original box.
The instructions are layered over the bowl in the box:
Being NOS, the Parkpack doesn't even have a scratch on it! Interestingly, from this angle, it appears there are two lamps inside due to the refractor distorting the view.
The sticker is visible through the edge of the bowl:
The refractor can be removed with the undoing of four allen key screws. This grants access to the internals. Sadly, the lamp was damaged in transit, but it does still work for short warm ups.
An unobstructed view of the sticker:
On the opposite side of the reflector tray are two stickers to ensure the tray is not placed on incorrectly after servicing.
It's bulky shape means the Parkpack is quite roomy inside. The reflector and lamp-holder can be unclipped and removed entirely via a two-part wire connector.
A view of the gear:
The Parkpack's canopy is simple in shape, and a temporary (or permanent in this case!) foam cover protects the mounting-holes from damage.
