Victoria Street, Crewe

This installation exists on Victoria Street, Crewe. A long-defunct GEC concrete column (with a height of 8m) is installed on the side of the road. It likely supported a GEC Z8430CM lantern originally. It has remained in this condition for two decades at least.

The column has it's isolation door blocked shut with plywood, electrical warning tape, and a metal cable-tie.
