The Philips F/XCC 120K was a robust, outdoor bulkhead for security lighting, designed to be mounted bowl-down. The prefix "XCC" was for the low-pressure sodium version, which was for one 18W SOX-E lamp, with the prefix "FCC" reserved for fluorescent versions. This is just one of many versions of this bulkhead, with others having different physical characteristics, such as the FCC 110K being longer.
