This is the largest of the two sizes of lantern in the Wornum family by DW Windsor. They are identifiable against their smaller variant via the large (often golden) finial which sprawls out towards the tip. Older versions of these could run SON or metal halide lamps, but modern versions are sold for up to 137W LED.
