Crompton Darksky Lantern Installations

Crompton's Darksky was a semi-popular floodlight for 250W-400W tubular metal halide, or 150W-400W tubular high-pressure sodium lamps. These flood lights had an IP rating of IP65. They were later succeeded by the Darksky 2 flood light.

This Crompton Darksky 1 is one of many floodlights located in the car park of Rail House, after the disuse of the GEC Z8426s in the car park. Nowadays, I believe the floodlights have also fallen defunct.
