Borough Road, Burton-upon-Trent

Located along Borough Road, Burton-upon-Trent (just opposite the train station) are the remains of a gas lantern mounted on an ornate pillar. The lantern has been in this condition for a very long time judging by historical imagery, and only the decorative spigot remains. The lantern was probably identical to those seen here.
